Joe Landrum
Joe  Landrum picture

Joe Landrum is retired from the State Library of Louisiana where he worked nearly twenty years as a consultant with the Louisiana public library directors.  He also worked as the St. Charles Parish Library's assistant director.  Elinor's Coup is his first published short story.
