Marcelle Bienvenu
Marcelle  Bienvenu picture

Marcelle Bienvu writes a weekly food column “Cooking Creole” for the Times-Picayune and has contributed articles to Louisiana Life Magazine and Louisiana Cookin’ Magazine. Bienvenu is the author of Cajun Cooking for Beginners and has co-authored several cookbooks with Chef Emeril Lagasse. Bienvenu is currently teaching at Nicholls State University in the John Folse Culinary Institute.
