Chief Sandy Davis is a retired fire service professional with 27 years of service to the Shreveport Fire Department. Davis now serves the citizens of Caddo and Bossier Parishes as the Director of the Office of Homeland Security and Emergency Preparedness. He is an award winning photographer, a published author and an internationally recognized motivational speaker dedicated to advancing the development of teambuilding, leadership, and management skills in public and private industry.
