Sybil Kein
Sybil  Kein picture

Poet, composer, and scholar, Sybil Kein is an authority on Creoles of Color and has been a leading figure in preserving the Creole language and culture. Among her numerous books are An American South and Creole.  Emerita professor from the University of Michigan, she lives in New Orleans.
