The Fantastic Flying Books of Mr. Morris Lessmore
The 2012 Academy Award winning short film from author William Joyce and Moonbot Studios of Shreveport will be screened twice; once in the morning and once in the afternoon, with an introduction by William C. Morris Award winner John Corey Whaley. (Unfortunately, Mr. Joyce was unable to attend due to the imminent release of the Dreamworks animated feature film The Rise of the Guardians based on his Guardians of Childhood book series.)
